We are RISTART, a strategy & creative marketing agency based in Thessaloniki, and we are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative department. The ideal candidate will work closely with the strategy, design, copywriting, and video production teams, undertaking the implementation of creative projects and the development of visual concepts that combine aesthetics and substance.

Our goal is to produce high-quality and effective creative content that stands out and supports the communication strategy of every brand.

This position is exclusively on-site, at our offices in Thessaloniki.

Responsibilities

• Designing visual identities and creative concepts for brands, advertising campaigns, and content marketing strategies.
• Creating graphic materials for digital and print media (social media, presentations, websites, packaging, banners, etc.).
• Collaborating with the marketing team, copywriters, and video editors for comprehensive and cohesive communication proposals.
• Monitoring design trends, aiming for continuous improvement and innovation in how we communicate visually.

Essential Qualifications

• 5+ years of previous experience as a Graphic Designer in a similar role (marketing agency).
• Updated portfolio with an emphasis on branding, digital & social media design.
• Excellent knowledge in the use of Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of video/motion tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro or equivalents is highly valued.
• Organizational skills, good time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Team spirit, cooperativeness, and a positive attitude in daily communication.
• Desire for professional growth, feedback, and creative challenges.
