When ecological craftsmanship meets pineapple-derived leather (pinatex), and luxury becomes synonymous with vegan innovation, a new kind of fashion brand emerges.

 

Our collaboration with designer Natasha Koulieri began with a clear mission: to build a brand identity that not only reflects this unique philosophy but also elevates it. This is more than just a logo and a color palette; it’s a strategic system designed to communicate a powerful, forward-thinking vision.

Design Core

Combining elegance with sustainability

The core of our design strategy was to distill the brand’s essence into a minimal yet luxurious aesthetic. We chose minimalism because it inherently speaks to a sense of purity, quality, and timelessness—values that are at the heart of sustainable fashion. By stripping away unnecessary ornamentation, we put the focus squarely on the craftsmanship and innovative materials of the garments themselves. This simplicity is a deliberate counterpoint to fast fashion, positioning Natasha Koulieri as a brand of substance and enduring style.

 

The typography and logo were crafted to be clean and sophisticated. The logo itself features a refined “NK” monogram elegantly enclosed within a circular emblem. This classic yet modern design subtly references the precision of the loom and the structured elegance inherent in the brand’s sustainable materials. The chosen typeface, accompanying the monogram, is both elegant and assertive, striking a balance between high-end fashion and eco-conscious practicality.

Color Palette

Purity & Nature

The color palette is perhaps the most direct expression of the brand’s unique identity. It is a carefully curated selection inspired by the very materials and philosophy that define the collection.

 

  • The warm, muted tones, evident in the brand’s applications, are a direct nod to the skin-friendly feel of the fabrics, creating an emotional connection of comfort and ease.

  • The soft, earthy shades, seen in the business card’s base, subtly evoke the natural origins, specifically hinting at the pineapple leaves, the remarkable raw material at the core of the brand. This choice is not merely aesthetic; it is a visual storytelling device that reinforces the brand’s commitment to natural, vegan textiles.

 

Together, these colors create a sense of harmony and natural luxury. They avoid the conventional bright or bold hues often associated with fashion, opting instead for a palette that is gentle, sophisticated, and deeply rooted in the brand’s sustainable origins.
