J&JwithMe is an informational health portal designed to provide trusted and scientifically validated information across 8 different disease categories.
RISTART was responsible for the strategic planning and development of the portal’s digital presence, creating an integrated ecosystem of content, performance marketing, and audience engagement aimed at increasing awareness, website traffic, and audience trust.
The Challenge
The main challenge was to develop a digital strategy capable of translating scientifically validated information into communication that felt accessible, understandable, and meaningful to the audience, without compromising the credibility and seriousness required in healthcare communication.
At the same time, the strategy needed to adapt to the different needs of each audience segment and the unique characteristics of every digital channel, while maintaining a unified experience and consistent communication approach.

Our Approach
We began with an in-depth analysis of the audience and the healthcare digital landscape in order to shape a communication strategy capable of delivering scientifically validated information in a clear, approachable, and meaningful way.
We then designed a complete content ecosystem for the portal’s social media channels, tailored to the different thematic categories and audience needs. Content creation was based on educational storytelling and approachable communication, while maintaining the credibility and professionalism required in healthcare communication.
At the same time, we implemented performance marketing campaigns focused on increasing website traffic and brand awareness. Through continuous KPI monitoring (cost per landing page view, engagement rate, average session duration, and more), audience optimisation, and data-driven adjustments, we continuously improved campaign performance and communication effectiveness.
In parallel, a pharmacovigilance management process was developed to ensure the proper handling of potential reports through the social media channels, maintaining compliance and responsible communication standards.
The Result
We continuously monitor reach, traffic quality, and overall performance metrics with the goal of driving the portal’s long-term growth through ongoing optimisation of digital activities.
From 2025 to 2026, www.jnjwithme.gr achieved a 20% increase in website traffic while maintaining the same level of advertising investment. At the same time, users demonstrated high average session duration and scroll depth, highlighting not only increased traffic, but also meaningful engagement with the portal’s content.
